Who we are

We are the controller of the personal data described below.

What we collect, and why

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. We use them to answer you and for nothing else. We do not send marketing, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the services listed below.

The form also keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for a short period, so that the same source cannot flood it. The hash cannot be turned back into an address, and it is deleted automatically.

Who else handles it

Google Workspace delivers and stores the email, Supabase stores the enquiry so we can keep track of the conversation, and Cloudflare Turnstile performs the bot check on the form — for which Cloudflare receives your IP address. Turnstile sets no cookie and does not track you across sites, which is why this site shows no cookie banner: it sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation it belongs to is useful — an enquiry we are still handling, or one we may need to look back at. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Use the contact form — it reaches us directly.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, the supervisory authority in Bulgaria.
